Security Planning

A plan that works at the moment it is needed.

The scenario

Many security plans are written to meet a requirement and end up in a drawer. When the incident happens, nobody knows who decides, what to do or in what order. The minutes lost in that hour are paid for in damage, in people and in reputation.

Who it is for

Organisations that need a security plan for a site, a project, an event or an operation; that are deploying people to high-risk environments; or whose plans are out of date.

What it includes

  • Site and project security plans.
  • Standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Emergency and evacuation plans, with routes, assembly points and resources.
  • Movement and travel management plans, with protection classification.
  • Decision and communication chain in the event of an incident.
  • Sizing of the security operation.

What you receive

  • Complete security plan, ready to implement.
  • Procedures by role.
  • Implementation plan with deadlines.
  • Implementation support, when contracted.

How it starts

With a risk assessment, if there is none yet. A plan without a risk assessment protects against what is imagined, not against what exists.
