The LF Risk & Security Advisory team brings together backgrounds that complement each other. Some of us come from special operations and more than 15 years of international security management, in Europe, in Africa and in the maritime domain. Others built their careers in corporate security, business continuity, logistics and civilian operations management. What we share is the method.
The team includes experience leading national-scale security operations, with around 1,300 personnel across multiple projects and locations, with responsibility for risk analysis, movement management, emergency response and multi-site coordination. We have conducted risk assessments, critical incident investigations, emergency evacuations and liaison with national and international authorities.
On the corporate side, we work on security governance, compliance with ISO standards, indicators and reporting for senior management, provider control and business continuity. The team also has experience directing logistics, fleets and supply chains, which counts in any movement or continuity plan.
At sea, we have led vessel protection teams in high-risk areas of the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean, under the ISPS Code and anti-piracy protocols, coordinating between vessels, operations rooms and port authorities.
We have trained and mentored security managers, team leaders and supervisors in threat awareness, procedures and security operations, on land and at sea.
