Who is responsible

The controller of your data is LF Risk & Security Advisory.

What we collect

Only the details you type into the contact form: name, organisation, role, email, phone, country, type of request and message.

This site uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no advertising. Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser and is never sent to us.

What we use it for

We use your details only to answer your request and, if it leads to an engagement, to prepare the proposal. The basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a contract. We do not sell or pass data to anyone.

Who processes it for us

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the form's anti-abuse check (Turnstile). Your message reaches us by email through Resend. These providers process the data only to deliver that service, under the contractual safeguards required by law, and may do so in the United States and in other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as it takes to answer it and, if it leads to an engagement, for the duration of the client relationship. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing, by writing to geral@lfriskadvisory.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
